What you will do. you don't have to need to worry. here is a solution. I am sharing very simple way you can follow and easily transfer your mobile data into your PC.

Step 1

Go to google play store and install the application wifi file transfer in your android mobile.

Step 2:

While you are going to install the wifi file transfer application you must keep in mind the company name of this application.

Step 3:

Must install the wifi file transfer with the company name smarter droid.

Step 4:

After complete, the installation just open the application.  this will show the start button.

Step 5:

Click on the start button.

Step 6:

Enter the URL on the computer google chrome browser.

 

Step 7:

After that, you can see your whole mobile data show into your PC  google browser.

 

Step 8:

I want to save my photo on my computer.

Step 9: 

The select photo then click on the download button. A dialog box will appear (1) individual file (2) zip archive (4 GB max)

Step 10:

Click on Individual file then again box appear with Allow or Block. Just click on Allow and save the photo on your computer
